In particolare l’abrogazione dei 3 articoli di legge si pone l’obiettivo di fermare la privatizzazione dell’acqua per aprire la strada della ripubblicizzazione, eliminando i profitti sul bene comune acqua.
Il ricorso al referendum è l’unico strumento che ci è rimasto per riappropiarci di un bene essenziale ed universale che rischia di diventare fonte profits for the few.
